The practice provides comprehensive veterinary care and treatment which includes diagnostic, surgical, medical, dental, x-ray, ECG, laboratory and preventative medical services for all species of animals. If specialist help is necessary we can refer patients to veterinary colleges or other specialist referral centres. |

What to do if the surgery is closed
The practice provides 24 hour cover 365 days a year. If you have an emergency or need urgent advice, first telephone the surgery and you will hear a recorded message which will give you the telephone number of the veterinary surgeon on duty. All out of hours services are provided at Fairfield House. Tel: 01825 764268
House Calls
We are happy to make house calls but we recommend that if at all possible you bring patients to the surgery where greater facilities and trained staff are available. When house calls are required we would ask, except in the case of emergencies, that you telephone the office by 9.30am for a visit the same day.
Repeat Prescriptions
If your pet requires a repeat prescription please allow 24 hours for processing. If it is urgent we will try our best to get it ready sooner.
Practice Promise
We endeavour to be an approachable, caring practice. We will provide the best care and attention we can for you and your pets. If any aspect of our service fails to meet your expectations, please ask to speak to one of the partners. And, of course, if you have any suggestions as to how we can improve our service, we would be pleased to hear from you. |
